This is a great sofa that has been lightly used (we don't have a TV so haven't actually sat on it that much) for under a year. There's some slight wear to one of the buttonss but other than that, good as new. I'm moving house and it won't fit in the new place so need a quick sale (that's why the price is so low). Still has it's fire safety tag etc. The exact dimensions can be found on the Habitat site.
